Presentation party of marinated cottage cheese was held in the village Aragvispiri on Deceber 11, on the initiative of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Governor’s Office, non entrepreneurial union “Our Pshavi”and Dusheti and Tianeti Municipal offices.The event was called “The Charity of Pshavian Land”.The main task of the presentation was to popularize local agro tourism infrastructure and local natural product- marinated cottage cheese. There were also presented active and prospective tourist routes of the region, chains of the existing guest houses and natural food product, local traditional food and number of proposals in term of tourism sector. Mtskheta-Mtianeti Governor’s Administration hosted the meeting between the Municipal Offices Heads and representatives of the civil bodies. The event was held on December 15,2012. Co organizer of the occasion was Civil Development Agency(CIDA).
Gathering was aimed at discussing priorities of 2012 budget and relationship between self government bodies and NGOs, the meeting also highlight future prospective of their connection.
Present at meeting were deputy representatives of the Governor, heads of the regional Municipal Offices and representatives of the local NGOs.
CIDA is the organizer of the thematic gatherings between self government and civil bodies in terms of the project ”East Georgia Chain of Civil Bodies” that in its turn is supported by G-PAC program.
Project” East Georgia Chain of Civil Bodies” is implemented by the Civil Development Agency(CIDA) and supported in terms of the East-West management G-PAC program .The said project is funded by the American International Development Agency.
