The Head of the Dusheti Municipality Board lasha Janashvili was born in Dusheti in 1966 ,July 16.
He finished Dusheti secondary school #2. After finishing high school he enrolled at Azerbaijan Polytechnic University, faculty of engineering. later he graduated from Tbilisi State Javkhishvili University ,faculty of economy.
Since 1993 he has been working on different governmental positions.
On June 18,2010 he began working on the position of the Head of The Dusheti Municipality Board.
He has a wife and a child.
The number of the Council members – 28 deputies
There are 18 MPs in the Council,
13 of them represent “The National Movement”,
2 are from “The Labor Party” while
3 of them represent the initiative group;
10 deputies are selected through proportional list,
6 of them represent “The National Movement”
while 3 are the members of “The Labor Party” and one deputy is from the Bloc “Berdzenishvili, Khidasheli, Davitashvili”

The Chairperson of the Dusheti Municipality, Tsaro Sadzaglishvili was born on September 5, 1966, in the village Choporti of the Dusheti Region and finished high school locally.
In 1989 she graduated from Tbilisi State University, faculty of economy.
In 2005 she attended the course mathematics at the Central University of Teachers’Training and worked at Choporti School as a labworker.
In 1991-1998 she worked as a secretary of Choporti Municipality.
In 1998-2002 she worked on the position of the chairperson of Choporti Municipality.
In2004-2007 she worked as a deputy director of Choporti Public School.
On August, 25 she was elected as a director of Choporti Public School.
On January 10 she was elected as a chairperson of the Dusheti Municipality.
She has a husband and three children.
