Mtskheta-Mtianeti Governor’s Administration hosted the meeting between the Municipal Offices Heads and representatives of the civil bodies. The event was held on December 15,2012. Co organizer of the occasion was Civil Development Agency(CIDA).
Gathering was aimed at discussing priorities of 2012 budget and relationship between self government bodies and NGOs, the meeting also highlight future prospective of their connection.

A new administrative center was opened in the in Mtskheta Municipality village Dzlisi on December 20,2011.Two storied construction covers a village head office as well as number of civil service departments for the local residents- pensioners, militaries and etc. In addition to the said sections the center includes a medical dispensary, that had been working for years but in poor conditions and couldn’t operate sufficiently due to critically damaged construction.
Village Dzalisi had its old administrative center (formerly called an economy center).The construction was heavily damaged. Repair works were planned and fulfilled by the support of the local budget and the American State Department funded organization “Helleni -Care”in spring of the current year. Overall space of the building is 200 m2, with ten rooms on the each floor. The construction was done under the modern standards and it will begin its operation on December 20.
The opening ceremony of the construction was held with the attendance of the heads of Mtskheta-Rtianeti Regional Administration and Mtskheta municipal offices’ ,representatives of the American Embassy, American State Department granted organizations-“Counter - Part International”, ”UMCOR”(the body gave 300 school sets to the village school students),”ACT-s-Georgia”,” Helleni-Care”, ”IRD”, representatives of the American charity organization-“LDS-Charities”(David and Johd Rices).
