• The streetlights installed in Stepantstminda.

• The potable water reservoirs repaired in Stepantsminda, Sioni, Gergeti and Gudauri.

• The Kobi–Kazbegi road repaired.

• The natural carbon dioxide plant began operations in the Trusso Valley and the access road was repaired (after being damaged in 1982)

• The construction of a modern customs checkpoint started in Dariali.

• The construction of a vast monastery complex started in Dariali

• The plan drafted for the repair of village roads

In 2006

• The sports complex renovated in Stepantsminda.

• Stepantsminda secondary school renovated

• Kanobi bridge repaired

• The Pkhelshe–Goristsikhe road and the bridge repaired

• Dariali bridge repaired

• The water reservoir repaired (Khobi Municipality Council)

• The secondary schools renovated in the villages of Sioni, Arsha and Goristsikhe

• The gas pipelines repaired and individual meters installed in the district
